Parkway proudly sponsors Flintshire Business Week

Parkway are proud to play our part in the local business community, and so we were delighted to sponsor the prestigious Flintshire Business Week in 2009.

As part of a series of events, Parkway presented a keynote speech on business communications, to an audience of over 100 local business leaders, at the Airbus Conference Centre. We were honoured to be supported by guest speaker, Lord Barry Jones, who was an MP for the local area for 30 years, fighting hard on many of the issues facing local businesses. Just like Parkway Telecom, his unique insight into the local business community gives him an unrivalled perspective on the best business solutions.

Also in attendance were representatives from many of Parkway Telecom’s strategic partners, including Vodafone, Blackberry and Alcatel Lucent, who were on hand to offer advice on the wide range of services offered from a single source by Parkway’s expert team.

Last year’s event was such a great success that Parkway Telecom are pleased to announce that they will be sponsoring Flintshire Business Week once again in 2010. This year see's Parkway sponsoring the Women into Business Award.

This year’s event runs over five days, between 13th and 19th of October, with a range of top quality speakers, including keynote speeches from Ieuan Wyn Jones, the Deputy First Minister for Wales, on the Economic Renewal Programme, and Neil Ashbridge, the Bank of England's Agent for Wales, talking about the Global Economy.
